The Stables Self Catering Cottage - Southerham, Lewes, Sussex

The Stables Cottage has recently been totally refurbished from an original flint, weatherboard and brick stable block. There is ample parking on a private gravel entrance and your own south facing garden. All the cottage fittings are high quality including travertine flooring, underfloor heating, oak doors and skirting boards and exposed beams. The double bedroom has an ensuite shower and overlooks the Granary garden. The "Down's View Room" has an ensuite bath and shower and a zip and link bed that can be converted into a twin if required. There is a delightful sitting room and dining area with a beamed ceiling and an exposed flint wall. The kitchen is fitted to a very high standard with oven, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, wine cooler, halogen hob and there is plenty of cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and pots and pans. A welcome pack of groceries is always left in the fridge for you. We also provide ironing equipment, all bed linen, hairdryers, towels and a cot if required.

The Stables can be rented on a weekly self-catering basis or for long weekends according to availability.
